How your data is handled
Short and plain. This describes what the site actually does.
What is stored
- Your email address, to log you in and to tell accounts apart.
- Your name and profile picture, only if you log in with Google.
- A record of downloads: which file you downloaded and when, linked to your account. It is used to count downloads and to see which files are useful.
- Premium status, if you have it.
What is not stored
- Passwords. Login uses Google or a one-time email link.
- Payment details. There is no payment on this site yet.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. There are none.
Cookies and browser storage
A login cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days (or until you log out). Short-lived cookies help with sign-in and one-time messages. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser.
Who else handles data
Login emails are sent through an email delivery service. If you use Google login, Google tells this site your email, name and picture. Files are served from this site's own server.
I only send the login links you ask for. No marketing email is sent without asking first.
Your choices
To see or delete your data, or to close your account, write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with.
